I provide services for individuals, couples and Single Mothers/Fathers by Choice desiring to build families through collaborative reproduction.
FERTILITY CLINIC PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL CONSULTATIONS:
For intended parents building their families through egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation or surrogacy. Consultations can help intended parents clarify and understand the psychological issues/risks involved in third-party reproduction.
60-minute Intended parent(s)/recipient consultation - $250
Gamete donor (Egg/Sperm/Embryo) or Gestational Carrier (GC) Psychological Evaluation - $350 (no PAI Testing) -or- $500 ( including PAI Testing)

Intended parent(s) who have chosen a KNOWN DONOR, according to ASRM guidelines you will need to complete three separate consultations:
Consultation with the Intended Parent(s)
Consultation with the known donor (including his/her partner if applicable)
Consultation with the Intended Parent(s) & Donor (and his/her partner if applicable)
